Career Opportunity
Management Associate program is a premier, fast track management training program for high potential talents. This highly selective process produces candidates who go through a 2-year rotational program in 3-5 key functions, with senior management as mentor to support individual development. Upon conclusion of the rotational program, successful MAs will be placed in management role according to business priority and individual’s career interest. Participating functions include: sales distributions, Marketing, Finance, Investment, Actuarial, HR, IT, Operation, Compliance, etc.
